INTRODUCING OUR NEW CLINICAL DIRECTOR:
ADELINA BRISBOIS, LMFT!

Engage is excited to announce Adelina Brisbois, LMFT as our new Clinical Director. Since joining Engage in 2016, Adelina’s natural ability to nurture connection, spark learning, and create growth has been on display in her roles as Clinical Supervisor and Family Therapist. Under the leadership of Sasha McPherson, LMFT, Adelina’s impact on our programs and the families that trust in our services has been felt, and Sasha immediately identified Adelina as a trusted colleague. Over the past nine months, the two have worked alongside each other to strengthen our programs and the services we provide to the community.

Sasha shares: “Since 2012, I have had the pleasure of supporting and developing our treatment programs and have absolutely loved being part of this journey. I am very excited for this next chapter with Adelina serving as Clinical Director. Adelina has been such an important part of the Engage family. Her passion for quality of care, her creativity in interventions, her warmth and empathy for the individuals she works with, and her drive to continue to develop programs that meet the needs of our local community will make her an excellent Clinical Director and support Engage in doing amazing things!ā€

Adelina has over a decade of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families in her private practice as well as providing in-school counseling. She served as a School Counselor for four years, providing mentorship and guidance to administrative and academic staff on topics relevant to the mental health of their students. Dedicated to advocating for clients and their families, Adelina is eager to strengthen our preventative education and interventions by working closely with local schools and community partners. Within Engage, Adelina is committed to continuously adapting to meet the needs of our clients and families and ensuring the highest level of clinical care, with a strong staff that includes licensed mental health professionals as well as mentorship of therapist in training.

ā€œIā€™m honored to have the opportunity to continue to provide quality support to our community. I want to welcome an open dialogue with local clinicians, physicians, educators and other community centers to ensure the most effective support for families.ā€ – Adelina

Welcome Adelina to your new role at Engage! Look forward to future communication from Adelina.
