Mindful Self-Compassion Training for Parents

Join us for a no cost training for parents on mindful self-compassion! Led by one of our clinicians, Jessica Julian, LMFT, you’ll learn what mindfulness and compassion is, some skills you can bring to the home,  and specific techniques you can practice as a parent that will increase self-esteem and resiliency within your family!
