Specialty Therapy Groups are once-a-week support groups that encompass a wide range of topics related to mental health and self-improvement. Each group is led by clinicians who will support, encourage, and help you grow in a group setting.

A self-esteem and relationship skills group for adolescent girls (ages 12-14). This group will be a safe place for teenage girls to seek social support from other peers and talk about difficulties they may be facing.
Young adulthood can be full of excitement and opportunity, though sometimes it can come with stress, anxiety, and other obstacles. This group for young adults (ages 18-25), will offer support from peers and trained therapists to help overcome difficulties these individuals face.
Experiencing a traumatic event affects everyone differently. This group is designed specifically for teens (ages 13-18), using psycho-education and processing models to help young people manage the effects of trauma, while working with peers who are struggling with similar problems.
