Specialty Therapy Groups are once-a-week support groups that encompass a wide range of topics related to mental health and self-improvement. Each group is led by clinicians who will support, encourage, and help you grow in a group setting.

Come explore the continuum of the LGBTQ community with the support of peers and trained therapists for ages 15-18.
A self-esteem and relationship skills group for adolescent girls (ages 12-14). This group will be a safe place for teenage girls to seek social support from other peers and talk about difficulties they may be facing.

Young adulthood can be full of excitement and opportunity, though sometimes it can come with stress, anxiety, and other obstacles. This group for young adults (ages 18-25), will offer support from peers and trained therapists to help overcome difficulties these individuals face.
This group is geared towards high school students (ages 14-18), who would like to improve their social and emotional well-being.
This group is for women ages 18-60 who would like to develop self-compassion, heal relationship wounds, discover their unique needs, explore past and current patterns and break free from stuck places.
