SPECIALTY GROUPS

Specialty Therapy Groups are once-a-week support groups that encompass a wide range of topics related to mental health and self-improvement. Each group is led by clinicians who will support, encourage, and help you grow in a group setting.

We welcome you to take a look at what each group entails and to call us with any questions you may have.

Monday

Girls Support Group - 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Meets at 650 Hampshire Road, Suite 104

A self-esteem and relationship skills group for adolescent girls (ages 12-14). This group will be a safe place for teenage girls to seek social support from other peers and talk about difficulties they may be facing.

Wednesday

Young Adult/College Support Group - 11:00am - 12:00pm
Meets at 650 Hampshire Road, Suite 104

Young adulthood can be full of excitement and opportunity, though sometimes it can come with stress, anxiety, and other obstacles. This group for young adults (ages 18-25), will offer support from peers and trained therapists to help overcome difficulties these individuals face.

Boys Support Group - 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Meets at 650 Hampshire Road, Suite 104

A self-esteem and relationship skills groups for adolescent boys (ages 12-14 ). This group will be a safe place for teenage boys to seek social support from other peers and talk about difficulties they may be facing.

High School Support Group - 5:00pm - 6:00pm

This group is geared towards high school students (ages 15-18), who would like to improve their social and emotional well-being.

LGBTQ Support Group - 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Meets at 650 Hampshire Road, Suite 104

Come explore the continuum of the LGBTQ community with the support of peers and trained therapists for ages 13-17.
