Darilyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands and Master’s of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University, as a member of the International Honors Society in Psychology. She specializes in Attachment Theory, focusing on the bond formed in early childhood relationships that directly correlate to relationships in adolescence and adulthood. Darilyn has worked with a wide range of presenting problems including but not limited to: substance abuse & dependence, sexually compulsive behaviors, all personality disorders, mood disorders, parent-child relationship problems and partner relational problems. Currently, she specializes in sexually related issues and disorders in her private practice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, including her scoodle pup.
