Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Case Coordinator for Engage Me

Jay joined our team in November 2018 and is our Case Coordinator for Engage Me. She received her Master’s of Science Degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic University Pomona, with an emphasis under Marriage and Family Therapy and a Minor Degree in Art (Digital and Fine Art) from California State University Northridge. Over the years, Jay has worked as an intern for Santa Anita Family Service, Abuse and DV Counselor at Strength United, Applied Behavioral Analyst at Behavior Respite Aid, and Hospital Aid from Kaiser Permanente Panorama. She enjoys working with clients ages teen-adult in processing abandonment, family trauma, domestic violence, 5+ axis of abuse, low motivation, Personality, Mood, and Anxiety disorders, with emphasis on CBT, Bowen’s Family Systems Theory, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. In her free time, Jay enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, creating digital art and fine art, and watching scary movies.
