Lilly received her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California in May 2015. Previously, she attained her bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development with an emphasis in Psychology at California State University- Northridge. Lilly has clinical experience working in community mental health setting as well as the public and private school systems. She began working in the community mental health setting where she was able to interact with children and their families as well as learn about and observe Parent and Child Interaction Therapy. Her work in the private school settings enabled Lilly to work with young children, adolescents, and their families through methods of play therapy, art therapy, and talk therapy. Lilly’s experience includes working in the public school system, where she met with high school students individually with various mental health needs as an Intensive School Based Therapist. During her time working with children and adolescents in the school systems Lilly has met with individuals who experience symptoms of depression and anxiety as well as other mental health concerns. She is excited to be a part of the Engage team and looks forward to making a difference in the community. During her free time Lilly enjoys spending time with friends, family, and outdoors hiking and horseback riding.
