Sasha is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Clinical Director at Engage. She has been providing care for teens and families in the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas for over twelve years. Sasha is a great fit for individuals struggling with symptoms of anxiety, panic disorder, depression, anger management, or challenges with the transitions from adolescence to adulthood or student to professional. She works with her clients to empower them to identify personal strengths, gain insight around current challenges, and learn strategies to overcome barriers to reaching their goals. Sasha received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Lutheran University. In addition to her private practice and her work at Clinical Director at Engage, Sasha is an adjunct faculty member at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter at the beach, hiking, or riding bikes.
