RE(engage) Virtual Support Therapy Groups are once-a-week support groups that encompass a wide range of topics related to mental health and self-improvement. Each group is led by clinicians who will support, encourage, and help you grow in a group setting.

These groups have been launched in an effort to serve those in our community that may be struggling in the context of California’s “Safe at Home” ordinances and provide access to fostering community in the way that we can, just for now.

We welcome you to take a look at what each group entails and to call us with any questions you may have.
