Specialty Therapy Groups are once-a-week support groups that encompass a wide range of topics related to mental health and self-improvement. Each group is led by clinicians who will support, encourage, and help you grow in a group setting.

This group is geared towards LGBTQ identified individuals (ages 16-20) who would like to improve their social and emotional well-being.
If your loved one’s drinking or drug use is bothering you, if you think your child is experimenting and/or you need support around a loved one’s sobriety, join us Monday’s from 6-7pm at Engage for a FREE night of support and discussion.
Young adulthood can be full of excitement and opportunity, though sometimes it can come with stress, anxiety, and other obstacles. This group for young adults (ages 18-25), will offer support from peers and trained therapists to help overcome difficulties these individuals face.
This group is geared towards teens (ages 14-18), who would like to improve their social and emotional well-being.
A self-esteem and relationship skills group for adolescent girls (ages 12-14). This group will be a safe place for middle schools girls to seek social support from other peers and talk about difficulties they may be facing.
