Brenna Belnick, AMFT
Case Coordinator

Brenna obtained her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University. Brenna is currently registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with individuals 10-25 years old who struggle with trauma, depression, and anxiety. Brenna’s passion for helping others started from a young age when she struggled with her own problems related to her physical and mental health. It was through her journey of recovery that she sparked the undeniable passion to help others in the same way she was helped. Brenna strives to help children, teens, and young adults overcome life obstacles, process significant events that correlate to their suffering, find/implement healthy coping mechanisms, obtain safety in their bodies/surroundings, and build a new sense of self-confidence and identity. In her free time, Brenna enjoys hiking, playing with her dogs Mo-Mo and Charlie, and reading science-fiction books.
