Shelby Tittle, AMFT
Case Coordinator

Shelby is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who moved to Ventura County to continue her education within the psychology field. Along this journey, she discovered her passion for helping others help themselves and knew that a career as a therapist was exactly what she was destined to do.

Shelby has prior experience working in residential facilities with individuals experiencing psychosis, substance use, and mood/personality disorders. She has also worked as a behaviorist in ABA therapy with children and teens who are experiencing multiple disabilities. Shelby obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands, and her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University. Shelby specialized in trauma during her last year of her Master’s program and began working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in a private practice setting. It was here that Shelby practiced utilizing different therapy styles, such as Family Systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy in conjunction with humanistic and strength-based approaches that help realign a client to their core values and heighten their resiliency.

Currently, she provides group therapy and does case coordinating for the Child IOP program at Engage and also helps out with the Thrive Young Adult Program. In her free time, Shelby enjoys going to the beach, going on a hike, camping – anything outdoors and in the sunshine!
