Engage, a mental health provider who has served the youth of the Conejo Valley over the past 10 years, today announces the successful transfer of ownership of its treatment programs to long time employees, Dr. Blake Brisbois and Adelina Mehrazarin Brisbois, LMFT. This change returns Engage to 100% clinician-owned and 100% clinician-led. When discussing this transition, founder Dr. Samantha Tamburro offered, “I am very excited about the next chapter for Engage Treatment Programs. Blake and Adelina are amazing clinicians who are passionate about supporting our community. I am grateful that our treatment programs will be handed off to such caring individuals.” Engage Treatment Program also proudly announces that it is retaining all current employees to ensure that the business efficiently continues to accomplish its goals and thrives. New owner Dr. Brisbois is overjoyed, “I am so many things – honored, grateful, excited, and humbled – that we would be entrusted to carry on the company that Trevor, Samantha, and Jesse did such amazing work to create and grow. From the moment Adelina and I joined the company, we knew Engage would be our forever home. I was raised in Agoura Hills, went through school here, and struggled here as a teen. Adelina and I are now raising our own child in Westlake Village and are committed to ensuring our youth and their families have access to the highest level of support and resources, whether through our therapy services or our continued commitment to support all people who support our kids.”

Adelina Mehrazarin Brisbois, LMFT will continue to lead clinical staff as Chairman of the Board and Clinical Director of Engage Treatment Program, while Dr. Blake Brisbois will serve as President and CEO and oversee operations. To support and nourish what has made Engage such a unique and healing place, a refreshed and motivated executive committee comprised of seasoned Engage clinicians will help move the company forward in serving community needs. This committee includes tenured Engage staff Jessica Julian, LMFT; Saira Crawford, LMFT; Tamika Mazariego, LMFT; and Director of Operations Ashley Breems.

The team at Engage Treatment Center would like to congratulate and celebrate founders Trevor Reynolds, LMFT, Dr. Samantha Tamburro, and Dr. Jesse Esqueda for the years of service to our community since establishing treatment programs in 2013.  The founders will continue to support the company, assisting in mentoring and networking, as well as continuing their work and leadership of the collection of private practices at Engage. Team Engage thanks all its clients, partners and supporters through the years and encourages feedback as they look to a bright future and to continue their present relationships.

The Engage Way

Engage was founded on a belief that with the right support, life can be better. Engaging more fully in life means to get back to the things you love; the people, places, and activities that make you feel your best self.
