Life Skills Workshop presented for Teens, Tweens, & Young Adults | Fusion Academy Woodland Hills
We invite you to an exciting and interactive Life Skills Event designed specifically for teens, tweens, and young adults at Fusion Academy in Woodland Hills. This event is hosted by Insight to Teen Culture in collaboration with Engage Therapy and Engage Treatment, and aims to provide young people with practical skills they can use in everyday life.
At this event, participants will have the chance to engage in hands-on workshops where they will learn important life skills, including:
•How to change a tire: A vital skill for young drivers, offering independence and confidence on the road.
•Cooking basics: Discover how to prepare simple, nutritious meals and build confidence in the kitchen.
•Emotion regulation: Learn strategies to manage stress and emotions, using mindfulness and therapeutic tools to promote emotional well-being.
•Money management with “Money Magic”: Gain insights into budgeting, saving, and financial literacy—key skills for navigating financial independence.
This event goes beyond practical skills—it’s also about building emotional resilience and self-sufficiency in a safe and supportive environment.
In addition to the learning opportunities, participants will enjoy a complimentary dinner, so come hungry and ready to connect with others! There will also be a raffle with exciting prizes, giving attendees even more incentive to participate and engage.
We are honored to have additional support from our sponsors: Bridge the Gap, Stephanie Bien LMFT, Interval, Evolve, Lightfully, Muirwood, and Clear Behavioral Health. Each of these sponsors shares a commitment to empowering young people with the skills they need to succeed in life.
Whether you’re a teen or young adult looking to build essential life skills or a parent seeking growth opportunities for your child, this event is the perfect chance to learn, connect, and have fun. Don’t miss out on this empowering experience!
