Therapy Services

Engage Treatments’ outpatient support and group therapy services are a resource for the entire community. You don’t have to participate in our programs to take part.

For our clients, we know the work isn’t always done when your program ends, so we offer these outpatient services as a way to continue your care during that transitional time. We also know that not all challenges require the intensity of our IOP program. Discover more about each group below.

The fee for our group therapy sessions is $50 per session unless otherwise noted for specific groups. Virtual parent support groups are free of charge and open to the community. While our IOP services can be in-network, we do not currently contract with insurance companies directly for weekly therapy groups. We can provide you however with a superbill for you to seek reimbursement if your insurance plan has out of network benefits.

Individual / Family Therapy

We offer individual and family therapy in a limited capacity for clients that require additional ongoing support. Family therapy services are offered in conjunction with our programs and include weekly meetings.

Preteen Group

Join us for continued support with applying therapeutic tools, peer interaction, and a place for children and their parents to have open and honest conversations.

Teen Group

Our Teen Program welcomes teens to join a weekly group where they can find more support and a safe place to check in on the stressors, progress, and changes they’re experiencing.

Young Adult Group

The Engage Treatment Young Adult outpatient group offers the support young adults need when transitioning out of the Engage Treatment program or when they do not require the intensity of IOP. Join us for a weekly session where everyone is encouraged to share their progress, talk about the ups and down in a safe space, and receive the support needed to take the next step in your mental health journey.

LGBTQIA+ Groups

LGBTQIA+ Support Groups

Everyone is welcome at Engage Treatment. We know that LGBTQIA+ youth suffer from higher rates of depression and anxiety on average and we believe that it is our responsibility to have the experience and compassion to change that. Join our LGBTQIA+ group weekly meeting to engage with peers, discuss problems and share in a safe community with people who understand.

Pre Teen LGBTQIA+ Support Group

Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm, in person at Westlake Campus

The LGBTQIA+ preteen support group provides a safe and inclusive space for young individuals aged 10-13 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or questioning. Through structured discussions, activities, and peer support, the group aims to foster self-acceptance, resilience, and empowerment. By promoting a sense of belonging and understanding, the group strives to nurture emotional well-being and promote positive development among preteens navigating their LGBTQ identities.

Teen LGBTQIA+ Support Group

Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm, in person at Westlake campus

The Teen LGBTQIA+ support group offers a supportive and affirming space for teenagers ages 13-18 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or questioning. This group provides opportunities for sharing experiences, exploring identity, and building connections with peers who understand similar challenges. Through discussions and activities, participants gain valuable support, resources, and skills to navigate the complexities of adolescence while embracing their authentic selves.

Parents of LGBTQIA+ Support Group

The LGBTQIA+ Parent Support Group provides a compassionate and understanding space for parents navigating the unique journey of raising their child/young adult. This group offers a supportive community for parents to share experiences, ask questions, and seek guidance. Through discussion and psychoeducation, participants gain valuable insights into supporting their children’s well-being, fostering acceptance, and advocating for inclusive environments. Whether grappling with societal stigma, family dynamics, or simply seeking connection with others who understand, this group offers a safe and nurturing space for parents to navigate their journey with love, understanding, and resilience.
