Commitment To Community

We know the transition into adulthood is rarely straightforward. That can be especially true for young adults dealing with the complications of depression and anxiety.

At Engage Treatment, we have created a community that promotes discussion, sharing, and emotional exploration. Our goal is to make sure our young adults feel safe and supported as they grow and build on their life skills, and develop important bonds in their peer group.

For young adults ages 18-25, Engage Treatment will help you build the skills you need to lead an emotionally healthier, clearer, more true-to-yourself life. We do that through a combination of process and skill-based therapies, like CBT and DBT, and incorporating specialty groups like art and music therapy.

Engage Treatment collaborates with your outside support team, including therapists, doctors, schools, and your wider support network, so you have a complete treatment plan to work with. Together, we work as a team to discover and meet your treatment goals. Our highly trained and heavily invested team members have experience with a wide range of mental health issues. We are here and ready to help.
