Who we are
Engage Treatment Program (“Engage,” “we,” “us”) provides outpatient mental health services. This page explains how we handle your information and the terms of our text messaging program.
Privacy Overview
- What we collect: Name, mobile number, and other details you provide when you request info, schedule, or receive services.
- How we use it: To communicate with you (e.g., scheduling, reminders, directions, service updates) and operate our practice.
- Sharing: We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited info with trusted vendors (e.g., scheduling/billing/
communications platforms) only to deliver our services. - Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
- Your choices: You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us (see “Contact”).
- Children: Our services involve youth and families; text consent should come from the adult account holder/guardian or the individual client if of legal age.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program description. With your consent, Engage may send SMS messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, directions, and important service updates. No marketing without explicit consent.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies (typically 1–2 per week, more around appointment changes).
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-in. You can opt in by:
- Checking a consent box on our forms,
- Verbally consenting during scheduling, or
- Texting START or YES to our designated number.
Opt-out. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. You’ll receive one final confirmation text and then no further messages unless you re-opt in.

Consent & eligibility. Consent is not a condition of treatment. You must be the mobile account holder or have their permission.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on participating carriers only.
Clinical & safety note. Texts are not monitored 24/7 and are not a secure channel for sensitive health info. Do not text emergencies or crisis messages—call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For clinical questions, call our office.
Changes. We may update these terms; we’ll post the new “Last updated” date above.
